#PetPower Night on 22 September 2025
Our annual pet-friendly networking event is back!
Join FEDIAF and the rest of Pet Alliance Europe (AnimalHealthEuorpe, FVE and FECAVA) as we celebrate #PetPower and the positive progress made on the EU Regulation on the Welfare of Dogs and Cats and their Traceability.
Our guest speaker this year is Dr. Bob Prosemans from Purpose Dogs, an organisation working to optimise traits for breeding assistance dogs in a scientifically sound manner while respecting animal welfare.
The event is open to all animal lovers with an interest in animal welfare, in addition to those looking to network with fellow industry experts.
Hosted by MEP Petras Auštrevičius, the event takes place:

- Representation of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia to the EU – Rue Montoyer 47, Brussels
Pet Alliance Europe is coordinated by AnimalhealthEurope, FEDIAF, FVE and FECAVA, as we are united in our belief that pets and assistance animals have the potential to enhance the lives of all Europeans and brings many societal benefits.
We refer to this as #PetPower.
At this unique event, you are invited to bring along your pet. Plus, there will be an opportunity to have a professional Pet Pawtrait taken by our excellent photographer.
In advance of the event, you are also invited to enter our ‘Best Buddies in the Brussels Bubble’ competition here. The winners of our two categories will receive €500 each to donate to their chosen animal-related charity. Find out more about the contest and how to enter here.
